This game good but recovery system is not responding.i loss my game account so I want recovery of my account and system is not responding.
I wouldn't recommend this app at all. Got stuck in an endless loop. Have to have 3 dragons at lvl 6 to upgrade Mead Hall to next level, Can't train dragons till Mead Hall is upgraded making it impossible to complete the task. Poor design mechanics makes this game virtually unplayable unless you have a lot of disposable income. If you're looking for a casual game this is not the one to get.

Things took too long, anything need cash, it meant you need to pay to get to the next level or you will stuck almost forever. Graphics and gameplay are good and fun but slowly becone a chore bcs anything will took a lot of time and there is nothing you can do unless you choose to pay, not to mention to frustration of the training wheel, a total rip off. This is just one type of pay to play game. Start out fun, but not worth any kind of investment.
I am seriously disappointed in this game. a couple of months ago I deleted the game cause i got bored of it but before I deleted I made sure if I ever wanted to play the game again I would have all my progress saved but when I installed it, I logged in with my account and for some dumb reason I dont know about, it made me have to start from zero which is so frustrating because I had over 100+ hour on the game. I will not give it a five star unless I get my account back.
Love this game for many years now but lately (a few months now), it reverts to guest sign in and doesn't allow me to sign in via Facebook. Clearing cache and sata, rebooting & putting internet off and on again doesn't help. Forces me to uninstall and reinstall atleast once a month. Very frustrating and this is the 2nd time this week I have to do this now. It also loses my iron and sometimes fish and wood. Not impressed after 7 years of playing Rise of Berk and being a paying player.
After all it used to be a decent game, since the last update came, I have to re-download the 600mb resources 1-4 times a day which is so dissapointed. Meanwhile, I did not clear any cache and my storage is 90gb free. You need to fix this asap before people gets tired with this issue. Thank you

I really enjoyed playing but there were bugs in toothless journey and I couldn't continue forward . Every time I tired to open the journey I was kicked out. Then I tried to restart the game in any possible way no luck. Then, I tired to reinstall the game but apparently it wasn't saved so I was back to square one. It's really entertaining game but please fix this bugs.

Good game but log in problem 😐 i cant find my old id
Very poor support. Takes longer than 3 days to get a reply. By the time you answer their question wait another 3 days its normally to late. Nothing but random game crashed on a Samsung S20 ultra. Very laggy at times so u have to wait for the connection to catch back up. Yes i am on Wifi. Emailing takes up to 5 Days aswell. Very poor support. Lost many runes and items, was offered a 1 time only 3 lives for gauntlet when i lost over 12. Poor Poor Support.
I had an amazing village with a bewilder beast(paid) and red death(earned) in my save file in my ipad. But when I went to ludia to try and merge my guest account (the one with everything) to a Facebook account so that ut can be safe and not wiped out. So I come back to see that my whole save file on guest has been deleted and that the Facebook account has Infact restarted all the way back to the tutorial. When I wrote to them again it said the issue had been solved but nothing happened.
There is a big problem in the background music if the game. It's very annoying as it kinda lags and it hurts my ears please fix soon.
Ok, this game is VERY P2W, just like all of Ludia's games; the premium currency (runes) are very hard to get considering you get 5 after watching a video and the average dragon is 25k, and the graphics could be better and the animations on most of the legendary dragons are just DISGUSTING, Screaming Death and Green Death and Foreverwing are the only ones with nice animations as all of the others are 3 frames sewn together. Don't play this game unless you like paying 80$ a week on low effort game
good when it works, bad customer service. don't contact customer service for and problems, you're probably better off choosing another game. Game freezes and kicks me out constantly. customer service responded every 6 days. Their advice was to play on my device that worked best... wow... I'm using an S10 and can barely get it to work.
I've continually been disappointed in the game. First, the app breaks after videos. I fixed it but there's also glitches that are annoying. I was maxed out on my fish and wood from the little treasure chest thing and I accidentally opened Toothless where I paid for all 3 and got 3m, 4m and 3m but since I was maxed overnight, I lost it all. It didn't go to the little envelope. I lost it all, including the runes I spent to get all 3. Ugh. Going to delete it. It's not worth my time.
This game is awesome and have been playing this game for a long time. I like how the game has lots of detail and that it includes every dragon in the shows and the movies. I would like you to add a friend's list so that they can play together. If there is a friends list already I can't manage to find it. Thanks.

when i install the game again, it forced to play tutorial and no log in menu. now my previous account is replaced with a new account and cant find a way to get it back, no one answer in support menu. GG
It's extremely fun game but at the beginning it's is kind of slow but as you go it gets a lot funner
So when I bought a five dollar bundle called the elegance bundle or the bam bundle, it stole my money and kicked me out, if can fix the kicking out bug. I am sick of this stealing money thing it happened twice, once about a year ago, and now. Either give me my money back or send me the bundle. If you do I will change it back to a five stars. And now editing this a year later, I still haven't got it, total ripoff.
I thoroughly enjoy this game, I have been playing for quite a while. I just hate the whole "pay to play" aspect. The legendary dragons requirements are also a bit too much. I also dont like how quickly the game starts to slow down, I want a game that I can sit & play for a while instead of having to come back every 2-3 & hours & only be able to play for 10-15 minutes at a time. The riders club subscription is a joke, if it was a 1-off payment Id most certainly buy it, but $10-$12 a month is crazy
Fun game but maybe put the prices down in like actual money I mean I saw a dragon for 85$ in real money and some upgrades are pretty hard to upgrade because they cost so much so it makes it really hard

I love this game but they are ridiculously over priced. They seem to have forgotten it's a game and you aren't buying real dragons. It is very difficult to get any of the really good dragons unless you are a Dragon rider.

The ads you watch, will continue to crash the game. 2 years and counting, so obviously no fix is coming. Any "bonus" you are supposed to receive watching these videos, will not carry over after the crash. Convenient if you ask me
The app got worse even though my internet is okay it keeps on telling me that my net is not stable and I cannot access my account!

I really like this Game, but when I'm trying to start the game, the notification for an Update pops up. The problem is, I can't install an Update, so now I'm locked in the main screen and can't play anymore. Please fix that
It's a good game for when I'm bored by I just did the survival battle challenge and got to wave three and it kicked me out twice and I lost both my lives. This isn't the first time it has happened too and it is starting to annoy me
(Ludia Inc) hey we heard you liked loot boxes so what if we made Satan sell them to you and by that I mean force you to buy them for obscene prices if you want anything at all ever. This annoying game does not deserve one star it deserves none
It's a decent looking game but the constant micro-transactions is really disruptive to the overall flow of the game. I keep trying to watch ads to speed up things and the game will not register I watched said ad or will get stuck on a loading screen.

I would've gave this a five star but it's just so hard to get runes and have alot of room for more dragons so I have to put like half of the dragons in the hangar and a few out to get fish and wood but overall I recommend it for people who like dragons and no ads
If you are just looking to kill some time. This is a great game. Don't waste your money on the membership. The perks for members are barely noticeable, and the member exclusive dragons are removed if you ever decide to cancel the membership. A wonderful feature is, they offer free speed ups for watching advertisements, and even free in game currency called Runes. However,.. after sitting for hours to collect items, you are just as likely to see your game glitch and hours of collecting GONE!
Its a decent Ludia game, could use better graphics but all in all, nice game.
Experience to this is wonderful but I hate that it has updates because I have no games to delete sorry I actually kind of hate that that that has updates sorry really really sorry..........
